Luckily no major setbacks except for a strained ankle. At 57 years old, I'm clocking a 53 second 400 and working towards the goal of breaking 50. It seems very promising as I increase the workout intensity each week. It's nice to come across your blog...

Amazing how i can do so many dangerous stuff and be okay. All of my injuries come from track. Smh. Its only running!
